Privacy policy
The short version: no cookies, no trackers, no ads. We only see what you choose to send us through the Cybertunnel, and we use it only to answer you.
01Who we are
This site is run by The Netrunner, founded by Khagan and based in Sweden ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described here, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
02What we collect
- What you send through the Cybertunnel. The name you give, your project's name, your answers (sector, stage, the threats you marked, the modules you armed), the country you picked as your base, and the channel you leave us: an email address, a Telegram handle or a link. Only when you finish a run and send it.
- What you send us directly. If you use the contact form or email us: your name, your address or handle, and whatever you write.
- Server logs. The company that hosts the site may keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser, time of request) for security and to keep the site running. We don't use them to identify or profile you.
We don't run analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers, and the site sets no cookies. Our fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
03Why, and on what basis
- To answer your brief and talk about working together. Steps you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the site secure and working. Our legitimate interest in running a safe service (art. 6(1)(f)).
We never sell your data, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
04Who else handles it
A brief or message you send reaches us through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), the form service that forwards it to our inbox, and through our email provider; if you leave an email address, the form service also sends you an automatic confirmation. They process it on our behalf. Some of these providers may store data outside the EU/EEA; where they do, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
05How long we keep it
A brief and our conversation about it are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted, unless we start working together, in which case contract and accounting rules decide how long records are kept.
06On your device
The site keeps a few small settings in your browser's local storage so it remembers you on your next visit. They never leave your device and we can't read them:
| KEY | WHAT IT HOLDS | KEPT |
|---|---|---|
| nr-name | The name you gave the terminal, to greet you | Until you clear it |
| nr-record | The record number the terminal found you under | Until you clear it |
| nr-base | The country you picked as your company's base | Until you clear it |
| nr-notice | That you've seen the privacy notice | Until you clear it |
These are strictly for features you use, so they need no consent. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
07Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to us (below) and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Swedish data protection authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), at imy.se, or to the authority where you live.
08Contact
For anything about your data: email us. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
Terms of use
By using this site you agree to these terms. They're short, and written to be read.
01The site
This site presents The Netrunner, a marketing and AI operations practice founded by Khagan, and lets you send us a brief. It's provided as is, and we may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time.
02The Cybertunnel
The Cybertunnel is an interactive way to describe your project. The figures it shows (projected success, traction curves, threat coverage, the dispatch countdown) are an illustration built from your answers and our experience. They are not a forecast, a promise of results or a commitment to a response time. A real plan, with real numbers, comes from a conversation with us.
03No offer, no advice
Nothing here is a binding offer, or financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Mentions of tokens, exchanges or networks describe past work, not recommendations. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
04Our work and names
The site's design, code, text, identity and visuals belong to The Netrunner. You may share links and the result card the Cybertunnel makes for you; please don't copy or reuse the rest without asking. Names of companies, projects and events belong to their owners and appear only to describe work done with or for them.
05Using the site
Please don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the site, send us anything unlawful, or pretend to be someone else in a brief. Send only information you have the right to share.
06Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it's free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from using the site or relying on what it shows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
07Law and changes
These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes go to the Swedish courts, without taking away any protection the law where you live gives you as a consumer. If we change them, the date at the top changes too. Questions: email us.
